Job Requirements:

Do you 'Get it' when faced with difficult tasks when other people don't.  If so, we would like to talk to you.  Look, we really do not care what your degree is in or, frankly, if you have one. What we care about is talent, initiative, skills, and the aptitude for software work.


If you have never done any development of any kind (either through school, work, or on your own), you will want to look elsewhere – sorry. But, if you have some aptitude for this, have done some things via work, school or even on your own - let’s see what you’ve got.  As a starting point, click on the link on the left side of this page and fill out the questionnaire. If you do not understand the questions, it is a pretty good sign that you will probably not be finding work with us. Again, sorry, just being honest. However, if you know what we are asking and can answer the questions, we may be interested in talking to you. Give it a shot. Let’s see what you’ve got.


We are looking for resources in North America to do software development and implementation work. It is very serious and, at times, difficult work. But it is also pretty cool and can be very interesting. The entry-level pay will range between $45K-55K to start and a good resource can easily make over $70K or more within 2 years.  Project Leads earn over $100K.


We don’t care If you don’t have a ‘cookie cutter’ resume. We are looking for aptitude, not a pedigree. We know that talented people are not always the ones who have taken the easiest path. So, we are less interested in where you have been, as we are in where you want to go next. If you have the skills and the aptitude, we may be interested in you. So, fill out the questionnaire.
